Level 2 disclosure: market valuation reports

As part of our commitment to transparency, we present information to property owners via three levels of disclosure.

This page details Level 2: Market Valuation Reports (MVRs). They explain the assessment methodology applied to various property types.

MVRs present relevant market data and show key components that MPAC considers when contemplating value of a specific property type. Factors associated with the methodology applied by an assessor (i.e. cost rates and economic indicators) are included in these reports.

Property owners can access the MVRs associated with their property by logging into AboutMyProperty. A link to MVRs can be found on the reports page under the My Property tab. Look for your login information on your Property Assessment Notice.
