Motel Assessments
Motel properties vary considerably, but in general, they:
- Provide short or long-term lodging.
- Typically have fewer amenities than hotels.
- Are generally single-storey or two-storey buildings with connected rooms.
- May have open walkways and exterior entrances.
- Are usually located with good access to major road networks and situated near highways or on the outskirts of major or small cities/towns.
